As said, I need some High Councilers to help me leading to make this a fun guild wich is the main purpose for a game, exactely, to be fun! Still we all loves hardcore raiding and we need some serious High Councilers to lead us.

So if you feel you got what it takes to become a High Counciler then read 'Contents of the High Counciler audition' and 'Auditioner Tests' after doing so post a reply with the template filled in.

When you sign up you need to fill in a template to be considered as a High Counciler auditioner.

Wanting a Recruitment officer positions will not only require you to know what we need to our guild and our raiding times and such, but as a High Counciler you have to be a good raider, know your class and the game in general.

The Auditioner tests
Raid Leader job wanted: You will get the chance to lead a raid to show us what you are good for!
Recruitment officer wanted: You have to decide wich classes we need, if there are several recruitment officer auditioners you will have to discuss it with the auditioners, afterwards make a recruitment macro fitting for our requirements and what you would like it to contain(representing the guild in a bad way will lead to a kick)
Class Leader job wanted: You will have to make a mini guide about your class and explain me how I can play your class (specc leaders auditioners are also welcome) then make the best specc for your class using wow talent calculator: example: Mage auditions for CL! explain to me how to play a fire mage and give me a complete fire specc, improves your chance to get picked if you explain class quests. Also explain attributes your class needs and what is minimum for diffrent raids.
Watcher(A watcher is a general High Counciler that makes sure all follow rules): I will be noting if you break any rules and how you play and if you follow our guidelines, if you seem to follow order and act mature like a good member you will be promoted.
