After coming level 70, your items suddently "drops" in value, since now you can use ALL the epics (exept ones with reputation needed). But even when there is TONS to choose between, it has been hard for me figuring out, what items to get and, what i should do. 3rd Healer in Kara needs at least 1000 Bonus Healing as a requirement, and it seems so difficult figuring out how to get that, when you don't know where to start. so i was wondering if anyone had any tips/knowledge they could share?
